Classic lady vibes in this black and white ruffle bottom dress
Although it’s the Sunday before Valentine’s Day, I felt like wearing this black and white ruffle bottom dress. I picked up this beauty at Burlington coat factory and thought it was a fabulous find. It hugs the body and the curves have no where to hide. The ruffles provide a romantic element to the dress while the contrasting colors keep it classy. I added some fun, black velvet pom pom heels to compliment the busy ruffles of the dress.
I kept the jewelry subtle adding some pearls and a large cocktail ring to compliment this black and white ruffle bottom dress. The ruffles were tiered in a way that gave me 50s vibes. This inspired me to create a hairstyle to capture era in the best way that natural hair can. I wanted my makeup to be as sweet as possible, while adding some bold lashes and lips for drama.
