It’s that time of year again when the SEPHORA Holiday Savings Event takes place and beauty insiders can get 10%, 15% or 20% off their beauty purchase, depending on their tier. Beginning Friday, October 30th, Rouge, VIB and Insiders can use their designated codes as many times as they wish both in-store and online to shop all the holiday goodies they desire. Everyone can shop in-store and online in the US and Canada and in Sephora inside JCPenney stores
