Easy to use Fabulous Neutral hues with Maybelline The Nudes Palette

Maybelline The Nudes Palette ($9.99) is a 12 pan eyeshadow palette that comes complete with bronzed satin and cool matte nude shadows. This palette was carefully put together as the shadows were strategically placed to be used in quads, trios or duos to create the prefect nude or neutral eye look. The texture of the shadows is very soft and they blended on the eyes without primer very well. I did not experience any fall out using this palette and the colors stood out on their own due to how nicely pigmented they are. I think this is a great palette for work and for those days when you want an easy look. The palette itself is perfect for travel as it is nicely compacts and has the bronze tones mixed in with a few cooler tones and matte shades. For beginners in makeup, I think this is a great palette to start with, especially because of the mini follow along tutorials on the back of the palette. None of the colors are too harsh on the eyes and are very forgiving due to how nicely they blend together. I do wish however, that Maybelline included a matte black instead of the charcoal grey.
