Maybelline Superstay Active Wear Foundation Review ($11.99), is a buildable full coverage foundation that is lightweight with a natural matte finish. Available in 24 shades, this foundation claims to be transfer-resistant with up to 30 hour wear.
The formula is oil-free and applies seamlessly with a beauty sponge. The shade I purchased was 355 coconut. I have used the original formula, and in my opinion, the original was more full coverage.
The Maybelline Superstay Active Wear foundation wasted no time drying down to a matte finish. Although I did find a slight perfume scent in this foundation, it was not overwhelming. I enjoyed the fact that I was able to add a bit more coverage even after it dried down and build over areas that were more stubborn. It also plays well with other products and looks great when applied with a beauty sponge. Have you tried this foundation yet?
