Maybelline Brow Define and Fill Duo ($7.99 for 0.021 oz) is a brow defining pencil and filling powder in one. The goal is to create naturally full brows using the pencil to define and the powder to fill. With 4 shades to choose from, the Maybelline Brow Define and Fill duo boasts 12 hour wear with an easy two-step application, using the .2 mm defining wax pencil to shape and mess-free filling powder to finish. I found the pencil to be creamy but firm, distributing great pigmentation throughout the brow hairs. I used the color #260 deep brown to fill in my brows, which I noticed had a slight gray undertone to it. I enjoyed that the pencil is also a twist up so that there is no product wasted via sharpening. The pencil and powder duo lasted well over 8 hours without fading or allowing any of my brow hairs out of place.While the product itself is nice, I do feel as though there is a learning curve when it comes to application of this product especially if your are accustomed to using a spoolie after using a pencil. I found myself feeling overwhelmed between all the steps ( pencil, then powder, spoolie, repeat) but the look still came out very natural.
