No more under eye creasing with the Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder

Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder ($38 for 1 OZ) is a light weight, sheer setting powder that leaves makeup locked in place with a natural finish. When I first tried this powder, I reached for the smaller 0.33 OZ size, (because it’s the only size that comes with a puff) and I fell in love. I have branched out to a few other setting powder options for my under eye, but I always returned to the non-drying formula of the Laura Mercier translucent setting powder. What I love most about this powder is that it is finely milled and it has a slight yellow tint to it. Also, the fine cashmere talc surprisingly does not make my skin look ashy or give flashback in photos. Additionally, I noticed that to the eye, this powder also gives a sort of soft focus finish to where ever you place it. My favorite place to use this powder is to set my under eye concealer for an all day flawless, non-creasing finish. Wearing for well over 6 hours, this powder gives a gorgeous velvet like finish to the skin that is certainly unmatched.
