KVD Beauty, known for its bold colors and insane coverage cosmetics, has released a new long-lasting, transfer-proof liquid lipstick formula: KVD Beauty Everlasting Hyperlight Liquid Lipstick ($22). This new formula is set to replace the original collection, Everlasting Liquid Lipstick.
My first and only Everlasting Liquid lipstick was in the shade Lolita and although I have a backup of the shade currently, I’m happy to report that this shade is relaunching with this new collection as Queen of Poisons.
I went to my local Sephora to swatch a few and see what the consistency and opacity was like with this new formula. Powered by nourishing raspberry stem cells, this ultra-thin, flexible formula moves seamlessly with lips to help prevent caking, flaking and feeling dry. This pigment-packed formula is ultra-comfortable without compromising color payoff.
Although I only swatched four of the 21 matte shades, the colors were dangerously bold and undetectably light. The applicator is slim and allows for even yet precise distribution of color.
More shades are expected to roll out over the next year, so I’m interested in seeing what KVD Beauty Everlasting Hyperlight Liquid Lipstick shades they come up with next.
