I will agree that the liquid lipstick is comfortable to wear. I also experienced no transfer once it dried down. I did find upon initial application however, that the color was streaking. I had to build it up to get the desired coverage I wanted before it dried down, nothing “one swipe” about this. Once dried down, the pigment filled in and was very beautiful, leaving a soft, matte finish on the lips.
The formula also did not settle into my lip lines, but seemed to become one with them, moving with my lips for added comfort. The applicator is a simple, doe-foot applicator that is smaller than I’m used to, maybe this is for the added precise application, but there was nothing unique about it.
I found that formula is rather longwearing. It lasted all day through eating and drinking, only to start to be removed after eating dinner. This could be fixed with another layer of product so the staying power in this formula is very good. Pair with the COVERGIRL Tru blend so flushed blush in Hot Frenzy and you have the perfect warm pairing!
