FREETRESS Equal Celia

It’s the second week of Spring 2017 and I’m all about taking risks this year. I decided to do so with my hair as well. The Freetress Equal Celia wig in the color OTROSEPINK is the wig that broke many boundaries for me. I have never done a hair color this vibrant and I’m actually happy about it. This hair color is so out of the box for me but I wanted to start off with a short style just to be on the safe side. This unit is a full wig and features an extreme side part with no combs on the inside. It is big head friendly with a lovely layered side swoop bang.

The blending of colors on this unit is just amazing. The pink and golden tones blend so well with the dark brown base color. I was very impressed that the pink was bold yet subtle enough that it really complimented my skin tone. The Freetress Equal Celia wig comes in a variety of colors, is made of very soft synthetic fibers and is heat safe up to 400 degrees.

My only issue with this wig was the extreme side part. It was too extreme for my taste as it is one straight line with no curve. This to me is rather unrealistic for any wig. I also did not like the hairs at the beginning of the part as they were rather bunched together and I had to add a bit of powder to make it appear more natural. Although the haircut itself is very natural looking and the luster of the hair is perfect, I believe if the parting on the Freetress Equal Celia wig was more natural, this would be a perfect everyday unit.
