It’s a gorgeous summer day and I think I’m falling back in love with blue because of my tan. Today’s look is more on the fresh, crisp side with a touch of color of course. I wanted all separates today as it was kind of warm out. I’ve worn so many dresses lately that I wanted something effortless but still put together. I decided on a cute blue and white outfit complete with statement heels. The blue and white floral skirt set the tone for this entire outfit. It caught my attention the moment I began looking through my blue pieces in my closet so it had to be the one for today’s look.
I wore a light white jacket just to classy things up a bit. Although the jacket has texture, it’s not noticeable unless you actually touch the jacket. I added these gorgeous statement heels just for some flare because I literally only wore earrings and a ring for jewelry. I wanted the shoes to have all the attention and they definitely got that at church today. I am surprised at how comfortable they are. Deciding on what to do with my hair for this blue and white outfit was a bit tricky. A short hair do would have worked, but I wanted curls. So I rocked my natural hair in a twist out for some height and kept my makeup fairly simple with a mauve pink lip and dark blue liner in my water line.
