I fell in love with this bright, 3/4 sleeve sweater top that I found this summer at Nordstrom, and I had to find ways to wear it during the winter. So, I decided to find 3 ways to wear a neon yellow sweater with items directly out of my closet and I want to share that with you.
Fun and Flirty
Bright colors can always stand out on their own when a pattern is involved. I paired these polka dot trousers, some black booties and a hat to provide an added accessory.
Ready to twirl
Pleated skirts have become kind of a uniform for me. I like how easy they are to wear and they work with a number of colors and patterns. I added this black pleated skirt for some movement and some cute black sling back shoes to keep all eyes upon the sweater.
Casual Camo
Sure, this stretchy camo can be super casual, but when paired with this neon sweater, it gets taken up a notch. As I said earlier about patterns and prints, the right one can make or break an outfit. I paired the same booties with this for some edge and the variations on the camo really compliment the sweater. I took a chance on this outfit and it worked!
The winter months can be filled with dark colors, and it’s always good to find ways to use what you have in your closet, anything with a color that makes you happy, just as I found all these ways to wear a neon yellow sweater.
