Clinique Pep-Start Skincare is the newest edition to the Clinique skincare line up. The Pep-Start multi-taskers can create energized, hydrated, smooth skin that’s ready for the day. Let me first say that this collection is like a breath of fresh air from Clinique. My mother used their products for years and that’s how I always saw them-as a cosmetic/skincare line for my mom. However, with this bright and in your face packaging, I can see them reaching a younger demographic. This four piece collection includes the following products:

Pep-Start 2-in-1 Exfoliating Cleanser – if you are looking for a smoothing cleanser that also exfoliates, this dual-action cleanser is for you. This left my skin feeling soft, smooth and refreshed. The exfoliators are very small and get the job done without feeling harsh on my skin.
Pep-Start Hydroblur Moisturizer – this moisturizer feels clouds touching your face as it glides across your skin. It’s lightweight and leaves a semi-matte finish to the skin. I also find that it acts as a nice base for your foundation as it does not feel greasy on the skin and blurs small imperfections.
Pep-Start Eye Cream – This is the first product I feel in love with from this line months ago. It’s very hydrating to the under eye area and makes them look awake. The packaging is great for travel, but I would have liked a metal applicator just to help with the cooling effect it tries to give.
Pep-Start Quick Cleansing Swipes – These wipes are great for those on the go and need a quick refresher. While these wipes are not be for removing makeup, they are great for getting rid of excess oil, debris and dirt. These wipes provide an instantly refreshing feeling with no residue. These can also be great for everyday if you like to double cleanse as there is no rinsing required.
