COVERGIRL Ultimatte Liquid Lipstick No Wine-ing ($10.99) is a one step lip color that provides full coverage, matte, long lasting wear. The deep berry shade is very moisturizing and did not dry out my lips. I would say though that the formula did not take ling to dry down, and help up well through meals.
The doe foot applicator is smaller and thinner than normal, which allowed for precision application of the product. The formulation was rather creamy and deposited opaque color upon contact with my lips without streaking like the Covergirl Ultimate liquid lipstick in Spritz Blitz did on me. There was also no bleeding with this color.
The Covergirl Ultimatte Liquid Lipstick No Wine-ing has lived up to the claims of being transfer resistant and comfortable during wear. I enjoyed wearing it throughout the day as it did not settle into fine lines or fade. It kept it’s true color all day. I’m glad I picked this up as it is a perfect berry shade to transition into Fall. You can find this lip product where ever Covergirl products are sold.
