We are in the middle of summer and MAKEUP FOREVER released a new product that can withstand all the sun, sand and sea you can throw at it. MAKEUP FOREVER AQUA XL Color Paint ($25) are a 24-hour wear, waterproof cream shadow that is easy to blend and has ultra-pigmented color. When I initially saw these colors, my first thought was that they would make amazing liners. You can definitely use them as liners, eyeshadow bases and as eyeshadows.
These AQUA XL Color Paints are available in 20 shades and three finishes: Matte, Lustrous and Iridescent. The texture across all the shades is consistently creamy and the colors are all beautiful and bold. A little goes a long way with this formula and the pigment stays consistent during application. Once dried down to their intended finish, the MAKEUP FOREVER AQUA XL Color Paint does not move. I also noticed that they stay smooth once applied and do not cake up or crack. This is probably due to its nourishing mango butter enriched formula. They are also smudge-proof, and crease-resistant.
