Get intense color and shine with the new MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Acrylip
MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Acrylip ($24.00 for 0.23 fl.oz) is a versatile liquid lipstick formula that’s super pigmented, but won’t weigh down your lips. Featured in 10 vibrant shades, the colors were inspired by the rich intensity of acrylic paint. My father is a painter, so I was pleased to see that MAKE UP FOR EVER was able to capture that consistency in terms of the opacity and look of acrylic paint, without the weight.
With so many shade options, all of the shades are bold, buildable and offer a satin finish. This allows for the ease of a lipgloss but the intensity of a lipstick. Your lips are left feeling moisturized and with a beautiful, natural pout. The formula did not sink into my lip lines and wore well for over 4 hours. However, all of the shades did stain my lips a little bit. The formula is also non-sticky and non-drying.
The packaging features an easy to use tube design with a fluffed doe foot applicator. It feels like you’re gliding the product across your lips without it slipping everywhere, which is great because you have ultimate control. Here are the shades:
