Get the ultimate winged liner with L’Oreal Voluminous Noir Liner
L’Oreal Voluminous Noir Liner ($7.99 for 0.014 FL. OZ) is one of the easiest liners I have ever used. I think this liner is definitely here to help those who struggle with winged liner application. As part of the new L’Oreal Feline Collection, this liner has an ultra-fine tip and a rich, black formula. The tip of the liner applicator and the shape of the packaging actually make this liner easy to use, providing great precision and control.
It’s tapered design allows for easy control when applying and is very light weight. It felt like there was nothing in my hand when I was applying it and it also allowed me to create a super sharp winged tail end with ease. Unfortunately, there was no special packaging on the L’Oreal Voluminous Noir Liner. Only the outer case has a small leopard print on it. I do wish the print was on the entire product, just to make it stand out in the collection.
