ELF X Jackie Aina J Glow eyeshadow palette collaboration is just in time for the pre-fall makeup season
ELF X Jackie Aina J Glow Eyeshadow Palette ($6 for 0.26 oz) is a limited edition cool toned eyeshadow palette that is ready to get your eye makeup ready for fall. Jackie Aina is a Youtube beauty influencer who collaborated with the brand to create this palette. The ultra affordable palette is very travel friendly and the shadows did not kick up too much powder during use. None of the colors have names, however ELF added a clear sheet to help guide the eyeshadow application process if needed.
The ELF X Jackie Aina J Glow Eyeshadow Palette has four shadow colors and a golden highlighter shade. The shadows, although in the clay formula, are smooth to the touch and not dry at all. I like the shades included in the palette and I think they can work for a multitude of skin colors. I like that she included mattes as well as satins and also a matte brown to balance everything out. My only disappointment with this palette is the packaging. For this to be a collaboration with a major brand, I wanted to see more of Jackie Aina in it. Once I discard the outer box, there is nothing about the palette that reflects of Jackie or says that this is her palette.
While the palette is currently sold out online at elfcosmetics.com, I hope to see this palette at locations where ELF products are sold.
